Voice Pad - Automated Home Info About Any Home in the MLS!
We wanted to tell you about an exciting new tool you can use if you've ever been interested in buying a home!
We have a new tool available called Voice Pad. It will allow you to get automated information on any home listed in the MLS without ever calling the listing agent. Have you ever driven by a house that was for sale and wondered about the listing price of the property? Or maybe you were curious about the bedroom count or square footage of the home.
With this tool you can call one local phone number on your Mobile phone, and tell the system the address of the home you're in front of and an automated system will tell you about all of the features of the home you want to know. The problem with calling the number on the For Sale sign is that the majority of the time all you get is the Real Estate Agents voice mail. The automated system is available tell you the home's listing information 24/7 and will even send the address of the property to your e-mail for you to reference later.
If you would like Robyn and Louisa to send you the phone number that you could call in front of any home in the Arizona MLS and get the listing information, we just need to register your mobile phone number with the system and you'll be all set up.
