Below is a list of documents that are handy to have prepared when
you are ready to fill out your loan application.
Please note: this is just a general list of documents you
should compile. We may ask for additional paperwork, depending
upon your loan request.

- last 2 years of W-2 statements
- 1 month worth of paycheck stubs
- last 2 months of bank statements

| For Self-Employed Individuals |
- last 2 years of federal tax returns
- Copy of year-to-date Profit and Loss statement

Other Income (including child support,
alimony, or separate maintenance): |
- A copy of the fully executed divorce decree or
court orders (if applicable)
